At the Origins: A Partnership That Opened the Path

In the early 2010s, Kryzalid collaborated with the Bardagi Team, led by Georges Bardagi. This association, which continued for several years, played an important role in the development of the first features tailored to residential real estate. It allowed us to experiment, refine ideas and gain a deeper understanding of the real needs of brokerage teams.

Through this collaboration emerged the first property alert tools, the first market value estimators and the early Centris integration designed to simplify listing management. These elements laid the foundation for what would, a few years later, become the e-closion solution.

In 2010, the project officially came to life.
