Our work for Bernier & Pelletier began with a brand strategy that included a benchmark of the competition and an audit of the team’s brand image. This work led to the creation of a new brand image including a logo, slogan, business cards and a new Prestige website. This new visual identity, composed of black, white and a touch of red, complements the team’s banner, Royal LePage. The symbol accompanying the logo perfectly combines the first letters of the brokers’ name, the B and the P. Two fonts are used in the new identity. The first, sans serif, is modern and straightforward, while the second, serif, adds an air of distinction to the whole. On the website’s home page, the Jacques Cartier Bridge in the foreground is also the strategic link between the Montreal and South Shore neighbourhoods favoured by the team.
Bernier & Pelletier’s overriding objectives are to establish a bond of trust, to always be available and to offer an experience that exceeds their customers’ expectations. One of the team’s greatest successes is the fact that a large majority of their new clients are referred by clients who have trusted them, both in the past and more recently, to sell or buy a property. The team’s expertise extends from Montreal to the South Shore, particularly Saint-Lambert and Vieux-Longueuil, as well as the Plateau Mont-Royal and Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie.
