A real estate story to write together
For this project, we began with a market audit to properly position the team. We then redefined their brand image: redesigning the logo, creating a refined colour palette, and establishing a cohesive visual universe. We also oversaw the artistic direction of the photo shoot to ensure perfect consistency between the visual identity and the images featured on the site. The Prestige website, built around this new identity, showcases a clean design with cream, black, and sand tones, combined with a harmonious typography pairing — The Seasons for headings and Manrope for body text — enhancing readability while adding a high-end, feminine touch. The platform includes all the essential features: neighbourhood pages, smart forms, property alerts, and market value assessment tools.
