Martin Lamarche wanted to stand out from the competition in the field of commercial and residential real estate brokerage. To achieve this, our team created a new brand image including a logo, website and several promotional pieces in shades of red, black and white that blends perfectly with the Royal LePage Commercial brand. The symbol accompanying the logo highlights the L for Lamarche in red but also three white vertical lines reminiscent of the M for Martin. For its part, the website is focused on the commercial aspect of the offer with information on buying, selling and renting commercial properties.
